About me

Who I am

I am a qualified counsellor who currently works in both business (Employee Assistant Programme) and charity settings. I practice from a person-centred approach and have experience with a wide range of issues that can be both personal or work related.

What to expect in the first session

If you think you might be interested in speaking with me, someone who will be respectful, will be honest and will work with you as an individual, please just call or text me. Making the first call can be hard but may also be really worthwhile.

My experience

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling from the University of Strathclyde. I have worked and volunteered for a number of charities since 2010 working with adults and groups. I currently work part time for an Employee Assistance Programme working with adults. I also volunteer for a bereavement charity working with adults, children and young people.

How counselling can help
